Substrate and preparation

Sheets and solid wood. Do not apply on woods containing more than 12% moisture. (UNE 56810-86 Standard). Prepare the wood by sanding. It is recommended to refine with fine grit for better filling and coverage. Remove dirt, grease, sanding particles, etc.

Application

The product is ready for use. Shake well to ensure product uniformity. Apply 1-2 coats of 120 g/m² with gentle sanding or wire brushing between coats. To facilitate drying, avoid application in cold and humid environments. Allow curing for 3-6 hours before sanding with 280-320 grit sandpaper. Temper the product (20-25ºC). If dilution is necessary, do so with water (preferably demineralized).

Overcoating

For the application of the final coat of finish and to achieve the best quality, it is recommended to apply a clear finish after 3-8 hours of drying at 20-25ºC and 60% relative humidity, or substantially shorter times in the case of forced drying.

Cleaning

Use water. Do not pour residues down the drain. In case the material has dried, acetone will be used for cleaning.
